Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

 

Refund Policy

In the event you are dissatisfied with your flower arrangement, we will replace that arrangement with another of equal or greater value. We will deliver that new arrangement free of charge, at a time of your preference. Please contact our floral design center at (818) 996-2603 to discuss any issues that you have with our products or service. We will make every effort to ensure your 100% satisfaction.

 

Return Policy

Fresh cut flowers are perishable products. If you are unhappy with the flower arrangement we have designed and delivered for you, please contact our flower shop at (818) 996-2603 to let us know. As stated in our refund policy above, we will replace it free of charge. There is no need for you to return the original flower arrangement to us. Please keep the arrangement and we hope the flowers add some beautiful color and value to your home or office environment.
